Luxury Precision EA4 Leather and Carbon Fiber Case

Durable and lightweight, with a thick, wide carbon fiber plate embedded inside for efficient heat dissipation.

As a large-sized product in the portable category, the EA4 is bulky and heavy, so the leather case must be durable enough to provide basic protection while being as light as possible to avoid adding extra weight. The EA4's power (32Ω at 6800mW) is among the highest for portable products. Such high output power inevitably generates a lot of heat, so the leather case must have good thermal dissipation.

We designed a heat dissipation groove in the EA4 casing, and for the custom leather case, we chose carbon fiber as the integrated support layer, making full use of its excellent heat dissipation capabilities. Additionally, it boasts high hardness and low density. After experimenting with carbon fiber plates of various thicknesses (0.6mm, 0.8mm, and 1.0mm), we ultimately opted for a 1.0mm thick plate to integrate into the leather case.
