The W4 is the new flagship USB DAC/AMP dongle in the LP W series, and the only one with S/PDIF output. Thanks to the LP5108 DAC and headphone amplifier chip, integrated into a large SiP package, the W4 delivers exceptional sound quality with desktop-grade output power in a portable format. Its 400mW output at 32ohm rivals that of most portable players. The maximum dynamic range of 134dB surpasses many portable HIFI players, allowing even mobile phone users to enjoy powerful sound. In addition, it boasts incredibly low distortion (less than 0.01%) and minimal background noise. Combined with an excellent power supply design, it unlocks the full potential of the LP5108 chip, producing vibrant sound waves while minimizing device heat and limiting impact. With approximately 50% lower power consumption than the W2, it provides a superior listening experience for extended periods. It also features a superb user interface and LP's original equalization.
